Vase Arrangements

Keep cool and away from direct sunlight. Change water daily. Always maintain a high level of water in the vase so shorter stems can drink. If a packet of flower food has been provided, add some to the water each time it is changed. Trim the stem ends every day or every other day.  Always cut at an angle. For mixed arrangements, remove older blooms as they fade.

Basket / Foam-filled Container Arrangements

Keep cool and away from direct sunlight. Add water to the floral foam daily. For mixed arrangements, remove older blooms as they fade.

Wrapped / Boxed Bouquets

Gently remove flowers from packaging.  Fill a vase or container with a solution of cool water and flower food.  (If a packet of flower food is not provided, just use cool water.) Trim stem ends at an angle and arrange blooms in the container.  After the first day, follow instructions for vase arrangements.

Silk / Dried / Permanent Botanicals

Dust as needed with a soft brush .  Protect from fading by keeping away from direct sunlight and storing in humidity-controlled rooms.
